Jochen von Remscheid (Japanese: ヨッフェン・フォン・レムシャイド) was a former ambassador to Fezzan who established himself as the prime minister of the 'legitimate' Imperial government-in-exile on Heinessen.
History
After his participation the Lippstadt Rebellion. After the end of the Imperial Civil War Remscheid fled to Fezzan. After the abduction of Kaiser Erwin Joseph II, Remscheid went with the boy emperor to Heinnesen, capital of the Free Planets Alliance, to head a government-in-exile, with the support of the FPA government.
