Nguyen Kim Hua (Japanese: グエン・キム・ホア) was the best friend and successor of Arle Heinessen, and the founder of the Free Planets Alliance.

History
Guen Kim Hoa succeeded Arle Heinnesen's role as leader of the Exodus Fleet after Heinnesen died during the passage through the Iserlohn Corridor.
By the time Guen Kim Hoa had grown so old that he could no longer see, some time circa 527 UC (218 IC / 3327 CE), the Exodus Fleet discovered a habitable planet in orbit of a stable, fixed star. The planet was named Heinnesen in honor of Arle Heinnesen. Once on the surface of the planet, Guen Kim Hoa announced the foundation of the Free Planets Alliance and the resurrection of the Universal Calendar, then at its 527th year.
Guen Kim Hoa died, presumably of old age, in 530 UC (221 IC / 3330 CE), three years after the foundation of the Alliance.
