The Galactic Empire High Commissioner's office (Japanese: 帝国高等弁務官事務所) was the diplomatic mission of the Galactic Empire located on the planet Fezzan, its official representation to the Dominion of Fezzan.
During the Imperial annexation of the Fezzan territory, the Imperial high commissioner's office asked High Admiral Wolfgang Mittermeyer for some guards to protect them. (LOGH: 'Fezzan Occupied')

Background information
In the British Empire, high commissioners were senior diplomats appointed to represent the Imperial government to protectorates and other territories not fully under British sovereignty, being equivalent to an ambassador. Various other European countries like France and Denmark also used the title of high commissioner for colonial governors of overseas territories.
