Otofried I (Japanese: オトフリート1世) was the fourth kaiser of the Galactic Empire.
History
Kaiser Otofried I was known to be a serious and healthy, if abstimonious. He has been called "unparalleled in his ability to bore people of both the present and the future." A gloomy conservative, he was nicknamed, "The Ashen Man." To him, schedules were inviolable, and could never be altered. But because Otofried I left most of the administrative duties of his reign to his prime minister, a man named Eckhart, it was Eckhart, not Otofried I, who ended up wielding power over the empire.
