The Treaty of Barlat formally ended the first FPA–Imperial War in 799 UC (1 NIC / 490 IC / 3599 CE).

Treaty Stipulations

  1. The New Galactic Empire would be guaranteed free access through all Alliance territories.
  2. The Free Planets Alliance Armed Forces would dismantle XX % of its war fleets.
  3. The Free Planets Alliance would become a subject of the New Galactic Empire and would maintain autonomy. The right to democratic self-governance would be maintained.
  4. The New Galactic Empire would appoint a military-general to Heinessen to ensure the various articles of the Treaty of Barlat were properly carried out.
