Clementz von Goldenbaum (Japanese: クレメンツ・フォン・ゴールデンバウム) was the second of Kaiser Otfried V's three sons and held the noble title and rank of Grand Duke.
In 761 UC (452 IC / 3561 CE), Kaiser Otfried V's eldest son, Crown Prince Richard von Goldenbaum, was implicated in a plot to assassinate Kaiser Otfried V, and executed along with 60 of his noble and courtier supporters. Grand Duke Clementz was then made Crown Prince. Three years later, it was discovered that Richard had been innocent and had been framed by Clementz and 17 of Clementz's noble supporters. Clementz died in an "accident" while attempting to flee to the Free Planets Alliance and the youngest brother, Friedrich IV, assumed the throne after the death of Otfried V a year later.
