Schmude (Japanese: シュムーデ) was an Imperial admiral who was tasked with suppressing Maximilian von Castrop's revolt against the Empire in early 796 UC (487 IC / 3596 CE). Leading a fleet of 3000, he attempted to take Castrop by force, but his ships proved no match for the planet's Artemis Necklace defence system. The fleet was soundly defeated, and Schmude himself was killed. (LOGH: 'The Castrop Rebellion')
