Pretzer (Japanese: プレツェリ) was a Fezzani diplomat who served as the dominion's high commissioner to the Free Planets Alliance.

Career
In 798 UC (489 IC / 3598 CE), he was dispatched to Heinessen to rig a bid for military supplies by providing kickbacks to the newly minted Alliance Secretary of Defence Walter Islands. In the aftermath of the extra-legal court of inquiry, he suggested to Islands that if he wanted to restrict the entry of soldiers into the political sphere, then he ought to pass a law forbidding it. The merchant ship captain Boris Konev served as his secretary for some time. He was seen packing up documents at the High Commission after Fezzan was occupied by the Galactic Empire, but what happened to him afterwards is unknown. (LOGH: 'The Cold Spell Arrives')
