Name spelling

The English novels mention this planet as "Kaffar / Kaffah". The original OVA's spelling "Kaffer" however seems to be the right one. Indeed, I have only found one occurrence of カッファー on the Japanese speaking internet, and it refered to a German novel mentionning "Kafferland", Kaffraria (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kaffraria).
