SL titles
We don't need to call the SL episodes 'Chapter ##', since they have actual titles. I did it with the first-series ones because as far as i know they don't have actual titles, but this one is OK to be called 'The Hero of El Facil'.
What i'm leaning towards is this: (1) For SL, we use just the regular titles, not chapter names. (2) We remove the 'SL' from 'SL episode' — assuming all of the titles are unique, there's no need to keep the series code here. (With the first-series ones it's necessary, since obviously there are three or four different episodes called 'Chapter I'.) So, this one would be 'The Hero of El Facil (episode)' and the next one would be 'The Hero's New Assignment (episode)' and so on.
