Synopsis
As 22 July 799 UC (1 NIC / 490 IC / 3599 CE) ends, the turmoil in Heinessen continues to expand. Yang Wen-li debates with João Rebelo on the state of the Free Planets Alliance. Rebelo reluctantly agrees with Yang's plan to kidnap Helmut Lennenkampf and use him as a hostage to secure a passage of freedom for Yang and the subordinates who had rescued him.
