Tomiyama Kei (富山敬, 31 October 1938 - 25 September 1995) was a Japanese actor and voice actor. Born as Tomiyama Kunichika (冨山邦親), he had a long career, appearing in TV anime, OVAs, animated movies, puppet shows, games, movies, international TV, TV dramas, radio and record CDs. Tomiyama was the voice behind the character of Yang Wen-li in the main Legend of Galactic Heroes OVA. Incidentally, Yang Wen-li was his last voice acting role and not too long after completing Yang's final living scenes, he passed away from pancreatic cancer on 25 September 1995 at the age of 56. In 2007, he was posthumously awarded the Special Achievement Award of the first Seiyuu Awards.

[Reverse] was in charge of music IppatsumanYamamoto Masayuki's 2007 album. Mourn the death of Toyama [Ippatsuman reverse! 3C] were sung at the third new theme song, died in 2006, the narrationTakashi Hiroshi鈴置with that voice was used in the interlude.
