Small and fast, destroyers (LOGH: 'Seeking a Free Universe') are the smallest independent warships observed in Imperial fleets.
Destroyers were heavily armed, with 52 forward-facing energy cannons (split into four cells of 13 cannons each) and multiple missile launchers. Further, they embarked a pair of Valkyrie fighters (LOGH: 'Admiral Yang's Ark Fleet'. LOGH: 'The Battle of Vermilion (Part One)').
Due to the large quantity of weapons and over-sized engines being placed on so small a warship, destroyers had very little space left for the crew: living quarters were quite cramped, contrary to the typically expansive interiors of Imperial warships.
