Cornelia Windsor (Japanese: コーネリア・ウィンザー) was a one-time chairman of the Free Planets Alliance Supreme Council, she was voted out of office following the FPA disastrous invasion of the Galactic Empire and their defeat at Battle of Amlitzer.
