Terneuzen

Terneuzen (Japanese: テルヌーゼン) was the second largest city on the planet Heinessen. A very urban city located near the coast of the continent, Terneuzen was home to the Free Planets Alliance Officer Academy, of which Yang Wen-li was a graduate.
