Catherine von Goldenbaum (Japanese: ) was the 38th and final ruler of the Goldenbaum Dynasty, and the Galactic Empire's first Kaiserin. She was given the position by Prime Minister Reinhard von Lohengramm following the abduction of the 37th Kaiser, the seven-year-old Kaiser Erwin Joseph II.
At the time of her ascension to the throne, Catherine von Goldenbaum was only 8 months old.
