Battle of Dragonia

The Battle of Dragonia (Japanese: ドラゴニア会戦) was a battle between the Galactic Empire and the Free Planets Alliance in 742 UC (433 IC / 3542 CE) which resulted in an Alliance victory. Alliance forces, including Wallace Warwick's command, were led by Bruce Ashbey and he was noted to have sent the following transmission at the end of the battle to the defeated Imperial forces: "This is a message for the Imperial forces: the man who defeated you was Bruce Ashbey. The man who will defeat you next time will also be Bruce Ashbey — don't you dare forget that."

As Bruce Ashbey was promoted to vice admiral during that year, Dragonia was presumably one of the first battles, if not the first, in which Ashbey commanded the full independant resources of one of the Alliance numbered fleets.(SL: 'A Profile of Heroes')
