History
In 798 UC (489 IC / 3598 CE), shortly after the Imperial Civil War, he met with Fezzani head of government Adrian Rubinsky to discuss his plans for allowing the Galactic Empire to conquer the Free Planets Alliance. However, Degsby was later captured by Rubinsky's secretary Rupert Kesserling and forced to commit sinful acts on camera. Kesserling tried to use it against him shortly before the Imperial occupation of Fezzan, at which point Kesserling was killed after attempting to murder his father. Degsby nonetheless became an apostate after those events and later fled the planet aboard a smuggler's ship run by Marinesk. Giving in to alcohol and drugs, the former bishop ended up dying due to poor health shortly afterward, but not before talking to fellow passenger Julian Mintz.
