Milbelle

Milbelle was a soldier in the Free Planets Alliance military, and the father of Hortense Cazerne. He retired form the military some time prior to 788 UC (479 IC / 3588 CE), and became the secretary for the Free Planets Alliance Veterans Association.

- Milbelle's first (and last name) are never mentioned: that his family name is, "Milbelle," is derived from the fact that this was this daughter's maiden name.
