Sebastian von Lüderitz (Japanese: セバスティアン・フォン・リューデリッツ) was an Imperial noble tasked with construction of Iserlohn Fortress. He had a reputation for certain defeat among front line Imperial officers as he enacted carefully laid out methodical plans according to theoretical knowledge, only to be defeated when the enemy did not move according to his theories' predictions. In his anger, he would blame his defeats on the enemy's ignorance of military theory. The very features that made him a poor military commander however made him skilled in military engineering and logistics. However he would meet with misfortune when the construction of Iserlohn went drastically over budget, resulting in him being punished by being forced to commit suicide. Lüderitz is a harbour town in south-western Namibia, which is named after Adolf Lüderitz, a German merchant and founder of German South-West Africa, the predecessor of modern-day Namibia.
