The Strategical Planning Centre (Japanese: 統合作戦本部, Joint Operations Headquarters) was the headquarters of the Free Planets Alliance military on the planet Heinessen. It was first established some time before the beginning of the Alliance–Imperial War. It was destroyed in 799 UC (1 NIC / 490 IC / 3599 CE).
