'''Catherine von Goldenbaum''' (Japanese: ) was the 38th and final ruler of the [[Goldenbaum Dynasty]], and the [[Galactic Empire]]'s first Kaiserin. She was given the position by Premier [[Reinhard von Lohengramm]] following the abduction of the 37th Kaiser, the seven-year-old Kaiser [[Erwin Josef II]]. At the time of her ascension to the throne, Catherine von Goldenbaum was only 8 months old. She was to hold the crown for the final days of the first [[Alliance–Imperial War]], which saw Reinhard claiming a decisive victory over the Alliance, and the signing of the [[Treaty of Ba‘alat]] in his favour.
