Dayan Khan (Japanese: ダヤン・ハーン) was an abandoned FPA supply base, constructed in the interior of a hollowed-out asteroid, which served as the headquarters of Willibald Joachim von Merkatz and the Ark Fleet following the surrender of the Free Planets Alliance to the Galactic Empire in early 799 UC (1 NIC / 490 IC / 3599 CE).
