Terneuzen (Japanese: テルヌーゼン) was home to the second-most populous planet in the Alliance after Heinessen. A very urban city located near the coast of the Northern continent, Terneuzen was home to the Free Planets Alliance Officer Academy, of which Yang Wen-li was a graduate.
In 796 UC (487 IC / 3596 CE) Jessica Edwards was elected to Terneuzen's seat in the National Assembly.
