Tuesday Correspondence

The "Tuesday Correspondence" is the name given to a series of 36 letters delivered to the FPA Military Headquarters every tuesday for 36 consecutive weeks: each letter was identical, and claimed that one of the Free Planets Alliance's greatest heroes, Bruce Ashbey, had been murdered, and had not died in battle as was commonly accepted. Each letter was signed with the name of Bruce Ashbey's deceased widow, Lucinda Ashbey. In Imperial Year 479, shortly after recieving the 36th and final letter, Alex Cazelnu assigned Yang Wenli, who was on leave at the time, following his successful evacuation of Astate, to investigate the accusation.
