Nikolas Boltik (Japanese: ニコラス・ボルテック) was an advisor to Adrian Rubinsky, who was later transferred to Odin to serve as Fezzan's ambassador to the Galactic Empire.

Political career
While on Odin, Boltik approached Reinhard von Lohengramm to negotiate terms for military passage through the Fezzan Corridor on behalf of Rubinsky. Ultimately, Boltik betrayed Rubinsky, giving Reinhard the navigation data they required to launch a blitzkrieg assault on Fezzan, bloodlessly capturing the planet and providing the Empire with an open route into the territory of the Free Planets Alliance.
