Viscount Eckhart (Japanese: エックハルト) was the Imperial Secretary of the Galactic Empire during the reign of Kaiser Otfried I. Otfried was disinterested in politics, leaving Eckhart to rule the Empire in his stead. Subsequently, he managed to acquire the positions of Councillor of the Privy Council and Chief of Palace Affairs. Considered a tyrant, Eckhart was removed from power with the consent of Otfried's successor, Kasper in 433 UC (124 IC / 3233 CE). (LOGH: 'Past, Present, and Future')
