Kasper (Japanese: カスパー1世) was the fifth kaiser of the Galactic Empire.
History
The fifth Kaiser of the Goldenbaum Dynasty, Kaiser Kasper took the throne at age 26.
He was a homosexual, and one year after taking the throne (immediately after removing the tyrannical Viscount Eckhart), he abdicated and ran off with a young castrato from a choir named Florian. He was never seen again. (LOGH: 'Past, Present, and Future')
