Grobner (Japanese: グローブナー) was an Alliance bureaucrat who had served as director of personnel affairs under the Alliance Department of National Defence. On 19 September 788 UC (479 IC / 3588 CE), he personally conferred to Yang Wen-li his promotion to Lt Commander as a result of his successful evacuation of the civilians of El Facil from an Imperial invasion.
