Lucinda Ashbey

Lucinda Ashbey was the second wife of Free Planets Alliance hero Bruce Ashbey. She was born in 720 UC (411 IC / 3520 CE) and died in 779 UC (470 IC / 3579 CE).

History

Lucinda divorced Ashbey shortly before the admiral's death, yet continued to use his name. Lucinda Ashbey died in the year 779 UC (470 IC / 3579 CE), at the age of 59. Cause of death was determined to be an accidental overdose of sleeping pills. In 788 UC (479 IC / 3588 CE), The FPA military received a number of letters, deemed the Tuesday Correspondencem claiming that Bruce Ashbey had been murdered. Each letter was signed with the name, "Lucinda Ashbey."

The reason for their divorce appears to have been Admiral Ashbey's habitual extramarital affairs. "Even when he was married, his lovers and secret lovers numbered more than a squadron."
