Shueisha (Japanese: 株式会社集英社) is one of the largest publishing companies in Japan. It was founded in 1925 as a division of Shogakukan, and became independent in 1926. It publishes a number of manga magazines, including Weekly Shōnen Jump, Weekly Young Jump, Non-no, and Ultra Jump.
Shueisha is also a parent company of Viz Media, who published Tanaka Yoshiki's Legend of Galactic Heroes novels in English as part of their Haikasoru series beginning in 2016.
