Military membership?

Do we know if Konrad was actually a member of the military? I would assume not, since i don't think historical cabin boys were — but he does wear a military sort of uniform in 022, plus he was on the bridge of a supply ship, so i'm not sure.  ♥ kine @ 12:47, 17 December 2011 (UTC)
