Translation of title/position

CA didn't seem to include it in their subs, but the original DVD gives Sahm's title/position as this:

弁務官府付主席武官

I'm not certain of my translation, but it seems like 'Senior Military Attaché to the High Commissioner'? Is that correct?  ♥ kine @ 20:43, 22 December 2011 (UTC)
