Was this guy an Alliance or Imperial official? The subs listed him as a "Deputy Prime Minister", and also judging by his suit, I assumed he was a member of of Rebelo's government. —Goldenbaum Loyalist 18:53, 23 January 2018 (UTC)

Actually his style of clothing is more reminiscent of that kind of suit seen in the Gaiden Dishonour. That suggests he is an Imperial official. Iracundus 20:35, 23 January 2018 (UTC)

According to the LOGH Encyclopaedia, Fummel is an Imperial official serving as chief aide (首席補佐官) to the Imperial high commissioner in the Alliance (ie, Lennenkampf). Glacierfairy 02:17, 24 January 2018 (UTC)

Ah, thanks for clarifying. His suit, looking similar to Alliance politicians, and the anime subs that called him a "Deputy Prime Minister" (while referring to Rebelo as a "Prime Minister") made me think he was Rebelo's deputy in the Alliance government or something. —Goldenbaum Loyalist 17:13, 25 January 2018 (UTC)
