Synopsis
Reinhard von Lohengramm is devastated at the death of Yang Wen-li. Neidhart Müller is sent as official Imperial envoy to Iserlohn Fortress to express condolences for Yang's death. Wolfgang Mittermeyer and Oskar von Reuenthal discuss Yang's death and the new peace. Reinhard, despite his illness, continues to govern the New Galactic Empire. Reinhard is regretful of Bruno von Silberberch's death. Hildegard von Mariendorf, being in a military position, is not able to provide domestic political advice as per protocol. Reinhard realises that outside of himself, Hildegard, and Silberberch, there is no one else with the political skill equal to his admirals in military affairs.
