Presumably established in 206 UC (3006 CE) when the Galactic Federation formed the Galactic Federation Armada at the start of the Pirate Wars, the Federation Armada's Officer Acadamy is notable for being the alma mater of Rudolf von Goldenbaum. (LOGH: 'Julian's Journey, Mankind's Journey')
