Ion Fazekath (person)

Ion Fazekath (Japanese: イオン・ファゼカス) was a child who lived on Altair VII circa 473 UC (164 IC / 3273 CE). One day Arle Heinessen saw Fazekath playing with toy boats carved out of ice, and this inspired him to construct a massive starship which he would use to lead the people of Altair VII out of Imperial space. This ship, built out of dry ice, was named in Fazekath's honour. (Legend of Galactic Heroes Volume 1: Dawn)
