Joseph Massalich (Japanese: ジョセフ・マサーリック) was the mayor of Laglane City on the colony world of Rondolina during the Earth–Sirius War. In 2689 CE, he attempted to broker the peaceful withdrawal of United Earth Government forces surrounding the city, under the command of UEG General Crayambo. The peace talks failed, and the UEG forces invaded the city, resulting in the infamous Bloody Night Massacre. (LOGH: 'To Earth')
