Hortense is a French feminine given name that comes from Latin meaning gardener.

I thought it's another typos by them. I know Hortance, watched a few telenovelas when I was a kid, there were a lot of Hortance. But I guess Hortance is Spanish and surname only? See? LOGH has teach me something new again. The Casernes are all about French :) She's one of my fave char with her witty comments. 3island18 01:24, 19 March 2013 (UTC)
