Fleet/Flagship

At some points I think the page is venturing too much into talking about the Black Lancers as a whole rather than the flagship. This is a natural tendency given how the flagship serves as an "avatar" for the fleet in the show in many ways, its something to consider. Specifically, I'm thinking of the Second Alliance-Imperial War paragraph. Vympel 13:30, 9 February 2013 (UTC)

Name

Königs Tiger means "Kings Tiger," and nothing else. The German for Bengal tiger is "Königstiger," a compound word. In English, the two may appear similiar, but in German they're fairly different. Sort of like in Japanese, you can have to kanji that, when separate, mean one thing, but have an entirely different when compounded together. (So I am removing the "Bengal Tiger" bit from the page). I've re-added the background information, since it's obvious that the name is intended to be a reference either to the tiger or to the tank. It's reworded to avoid implying that the particular spelling they've used is common in actual German writing though.

Also, i've changed the name variations a bit. I don't believe the ship is ever referred to by its kana name in the official subtitles, only by the kanji. (Correct me if i'm wrong)  ♥ kine @ 06:25, 1 June 2011 (UTC)
