Title translation
Narasu (鳴らす) means "ring." Gjallarhorn means "Yelling Horn" in Old Norse.
"Sounding" does not seem to be the best translation. — Canary
- 'Ringing' and 'sounding' are synonyms (see Japanese and English). Since in English one rarely uses 'ring' in the context of horns, i chose the other one.
- OK, well, i won't say you'd never use it. But it's not something i hear often, and personally when given the phrase '_____ a horn', 'sound' would be in my top three options ('ring' would not).
- Do you disagree? ♥ kine
