To El Facil (Japanese: エル・ファシルへ) is the 68th episode of the Legend of Galactic Heroes OVA.

Synopsis
On Odin, Julian Mintz and friends prepare to leave the planet. Free Planets Star Fleet Chief of Staff Chung Wu-Cheng prepares to send Yang Wen-li supplies, ships, and personnel. Chung tasks Yang's former subordinates Edwin Fischer, Murai and Fyodor Patrichev to deliver them to him. Throughout the Free Planets Alliance, the local units of the Star Fleet are also sending Yang all of their extra personnel, ships, and supplies. Yang consults with his staff, and considers asking Fezzani merchants for war funding. Yang's fleet finally decides to go to El Facil. The government on El Facil plans to declare a new legitimate democratic government.
