The new captain of the Brünhild?

In LOGH: 'The Urvashi Incident', when Kaiser Reinhard, Müller, and Lutz are fleeing Uruvasi, Lutz is in contact with the Brünhild and is talking, or appears to be talking, to a Commodore Seidlitz. After a search turning up nothing, I was going to make a brief article about this man and was going to label him as the Brünhild's captain but I am unsure if this a misspelling of an existing name with an already present article or not. Any thought/references? Strayor 15:49, 5 February 2014 (UTC)

Its Siegbert Seidlitz according to the native DVD captions - you can seen him named in episode 72 at approximately 06:18. Vympel 09:59, 6 February 2014 (UTC)

The DVD caption clearly names him as the captain of the ship. Iracundus 12:46, 6 February 2014 (UTC)
I'd forgotten about that scene in 72 and as soon as you posted that image it all came back to me. Just wanted to make sure before writing. Thanks guys. Strayor 15:24, 6 February 2014 (UTC)

Licensed sources / apocrypha

In regards to the most recent edit (Licensed sources not categorised as apocrypha - refer to ship pages for precedent), and at the risk of bringing this up in the wrong place (should be in Policy talk, whatever), i don't feel like that was in fact decided.

There is really no precedent on the ship pages at all, it's just whatever the editor felt like at the time:

Still an open question in my opinion  ♥ kine @ 23:28, 13 February 2014 (UTC)

Yeah, we need a consistent format. I tried to keep mine consistent but there's always some drift. The thing with Diomedes vs Beowulf for example though is the nature of the information. Diomedes its offering in-universe technical information, Beowulf the entry is about out-of-universe art design. Vympel 00:26, 15 February 2014 (UTC)
There is some vague rationale for the above. "In-universe" information such as about ship systems and such were put in Licensed Sources. Out of universe information such as the series producers choosing a three pronged shape for Triglav deliberately to fit its mythological namesake I put into the Apocrypha section. That distinction does seem valid i guess, but on the other hand there is so little 'production' information out there that it seems really over-kill to have a whole separate structure just for that. I also think that there's a lot of overlap between background information, in-universe secondary information, and production information that will make it difficult to have a hard rule without a lot of redundancy. Lastly, the distinction seems like it would not be easily picked up by new editors (not that we have any ha ha...)
I don't know, obv you guys have continued to put a lot of effort into it and i have been semi-absent for, like, 2 years, so it's unfair for me to show up and pass judgements, but i feel like the situation can be improved somehow  ♥ kine @ 04:45, 15 February 2014 (UTC)
