Should be Altena
Pretty sure this star's name is actually Altena (called 'Altener' in the LaserDiscs), which we have an existing albeit spartan article for.
I nearly always ignore the spellings used on labels, pins, maps, and diagrams in the anime because as a rule they're nonsensical Engrish. (For instance there are examples of things like 'Free Pranets', 'Iserlone', &c., on some of the Alliance pins, and Reinhard even misspells his own name at one point.) This appears to be another instance of the same, because i could not find any Japanese sources which make a distinction between this A(r|l)tena and the Altena of Battle of Altena fame.
