Flegel Fleet

The Flegel Fleet (Japanese: フレーゲル艦隊) was an Imperial Navy formation under the command of Vice Admiral Baron Flegel, who commanded it from the battleship Wilhelmina. The Flegel Fleet took part in the Imperial Civil War of 797 UC (488 IC / 3597 CE) as part of the Lippstadt League forces. It first fought against the Mittermeyer Fleet outside of Geiersburg Fortress, which quickly retreated to draw out the rest of their units. In the ensuing battle, the Lippstadt League Forces were routed. Flegel initially survived the battle but was later killed by his mutinying subordinates. Leopold Schumacher and some other staff officers of the Flegel Fleet later defected to Fezzan. (LOGH: 'Courage and Loyalty', 'The Fall of Goldenbaum')
Its surviving ships were presumably absorbed into the regular Imperial military after the civil war.
