The Beautiful Maiden Wants Blood (Japanese: 美姫（ブリュンヒルト）は血を欲す) is the 108th episode of the Legend of Galactic Heroes OVA.

Synopsis

The Imperial doctors reveal to Wolfgang Mittermeyer, Neidhart Müller and Ernest Mecklinger that Reinhard von Lohengramm has an unknown and incurable disease. The Rosen Ritter succeeds in boarding the Imperial supreme flagship Brünhild. Walter von Schönkopf holds off the Imperial Guard alongside his soldiers to buy time for Julian Mintz to find Reinhard. Reinhard prepares to meet with Julian, should Julian makes it to his room. Fritz Joseph Bittenfeld, frustrated with his inability to attack the boarders, directs his frustration towards the remainder of the Iserlohn Republic Government Forces. Willibald Joachim von Merkatz is killed in battle. Louis Machungo dies protecting Julian from gunfire. Schönkopf is fatally wounded in battle while Olivier Poplin's one-on-one combat with Günther Kisling ends up in a draw. Julian reaches Reinhard's room for negotiations. A truce is announced.
