Hortense Cazerne (Japanese: オルタンス・キャゼルヌ) was the wife of Alex Cazerne.

History
Born Hortense Milbelle, the daughter of Milbelle, she fell in love with one of her father's former subordinates, Alex Cazerne. She moved in with Cazerne in late 789 UC (480 IC / 3589 CE), and the two were married in the spring of 789 UC (480 IC / 3589 CE). SL: 'The End of One Journey'
During the occupation of Heinessen following the Alliance's defeat in the Second FPA-Imperial War, Hortense Cazerne offered to give cooking lesson's to Yang Wen-li's bride, Frederca Greenhill. In the interim, Hortense frequently sent her daughter, Charlotte Phyllis Cazerne to the Yang household with homemade dinners: these meals often contained correspondence between Yang Wen-li and Alex Cazerne.
