Erich II (Japanese: エーリッヒ2世) was the 15th kaiser of the Galactic Empire. He was named, "The Blood-Stopper."
Formerly marquis Rinderhof.
The cousin of August II "the blood-maker." He escaped August II's evil influence, but when he was ordered to turn present himself, he raised a revolt with the troops stationed in his domain. He took the throne after August II's death, it wasn't a particularly creative or enlightened government, but he swept away the shadow of August II's politics of fear, and reassured the people.
