Otfried IV

Otfried IV (Japanese: オトフリート4世) was the 33rd kaiser of the Galactic Empire. He was named, "The Passionate." He amassed over 10,000 beautiful women. When he died upon his bed 5 years after his coronation, there were still 5,000 women awaiting his attention. He fathered 624 children, of whom 388 survived to adulthood. For those nobles marrying his children, the cost of dowry and wedding gifts became a significant financial burden.
