Otofried I (Japanese: オトフリート1世) was the fourth kaiser of the Galactic Empire.
History
Kaiser Otofried I was known to be a serious and austere, with few interests. He was called "unparalleled in his ability to bore people of both the present and the future." A gloomy conservative, he was nicknamed, "The Ashen Man" due to his lack of interest in art, music, or literature. To him, schedules were inviolable, and could never be altered. But because Otofried I left most of the schedule making and administrative duties of his reign to his prime minister, a man named Eckhart, it was Eckhart, not Otofried I, who ended up wielding real power over the empire.
